What is involved in your diagnostics procedures?
We do full hardware and software diagnostics, testing each individual component for faults or damage. We will also disassemble your device when necessary to get to the root of any issue.
Do you service Mobile Phones or laptops??
Yes, we do. Call us to find out if we service your particular make and model.
How much will my repair cost me?
Each device can have different problems. We will inform you after we perform a complete check of the system.
Does the diagnostic fee go towards paying for repairs?
Yes, the diagnostic fee will be discounted from the cost of labor on a given device.
Can you replace cracked/damaged laptop screens?
Absolutely, we repair laptop screens all the time and it’s much cheaper than buying a new device. Contact Us for a quick quote, we have the majority of screens in stock and can normally replace your screen the same day!
About how long will it take for my computer to be fixed?
Here at IT FIX we perform diagnostics and repairs on a first-come, first-served basis. We can usually get the diagnostic done within 2-3 hours and have the repairs finished in no more than 5 days depending on the nature of the problem or repairs.
My device is fixed but not working properly
In nature, sometimes things go wrong. Therefore, if you enquire about any issue with your device after you repaired it, it is mandatory to bring the device within 36 hours from the repair is completed. In this way, we can check, and if it is something to do with our repair, we will fix it without any extra charge.
Do I get any warranty for my repair?
We certainly offer warranties for most of our repairs. But unfortunately, the warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage.
