How is the mail in repair working?
After receiving the device, we will contact you and offer you a quote. Once we’ve agreed, we’ll go ahead with the repair.
When will my device be fixed
The repair process usually takes two to five days after your device is received, depending on the required parts’ availability. We will keep you informed during the repair.
Is my personal data safe?
We are fully GDPR compliant, your data will always be safe with us!

Is there any cost in advance?
We don’t charge anything in advance. However, you will get the total repair cost after we diagnose your device. If the device cannot be fixed, we charge a €35 diagnostics fee. Then, we send back your device for free. Returns are on us!
What if my device is water damaged?
You can send it to us. We do all types of repairs, including water damage repairs, micro soldering and chip level repair.
What is Express Service?
Express service will prioritize your device, and we will start working on it as soon as it arrives. The express service charge is 35 euros.
